Warranties typically cover manufacturing issues. They may include repair of the product, subject to the conditions described:
How do you know if your product has a warranty?
To make sure your product has a warranty from the workshop, follow the steps below:
- Visit the product page on our website.
- Look for warranty information in the product description.
- If the product includes a warranty, the duration of the warranty will be clearly displayed.
Warranty and coverage terms:
The workshop provides a warranty on selected products to ensure customer satisfaction. For the terms and conditions of your product warranty, please refer to the warranty information in the product description.
For kitchens:
Kitchen products are not eligible for returns and have a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects through the workshop. Please note that kitchen products must be prepaid to complete the order.

- The warranty is only valid if stated in the product description The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Usually excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs by the manufacturer, or defective installation by an unauthorized technician
Special conditions for furniture:
Furniture warranties require the furniture to be installed by the workshop and the product to remain in the original delivery location.
What the warranty doesn’t cover:
The warranty does not cover damages that result from the following:
- Misuse: Such as improper use, overloading the product, or using it for purposes for which it is not intended
- Accidental damage: Such as spills, stains, tears, and scratches.
- Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs made by unauthorized persons
- Gradual wear and tear from normal use.
- Installation defects: For furniture. The warranty does not cover installation defects that occur when the product is installed by an incompetent person
How to use the warranty:
The workshop provides a warranty on selected products for your convenience and to use the warranty. Please follow these steps
within 30 days of receipt: If you experience any issues within the first 30 days, please see our Return Policy for more details.
After 30 days with warranty: Contact the workshop’s customer service to start the warranty policy. Please provide details of your request and describe the issue.
