What is the workshop’s return policy?
The Workshop Store offers the ability to return products within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product will not be accepted as a return until the customer is notified to accept the return.
It may take up to one week depending on your location for the product to reach us once it is returned. Once the product arrives at our shipping center. Give us up to two (2) business days to receive and process your returned product. After processing the return. It may take up to three (3) to seven (7) business days for the refund to be credited to your credit card or workshop account if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the status of the returned product.
Products eligible for return will only be accepted under the following conditions:- –
– Furniture on special orders is not eligible for return unless there are quality issues with the product.
– Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened. and free of any damage. It must be in the original packaging.
– Returns of unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted.
– Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.
– Returned goods must be in new condition.
In the event of a request to return the product for reasons that have nothing to do with the product’s mismatch with the product offered upon ordering (your responsibility to choose the desired and suitable product for you), the cost of shipping the return to our warehouse will be charged at 350 pounds, and in the case of enjoying the free shipping offer (purchase with free shipping), an additional 350 pounds will be charged.
